Synopsis

At just 21 years old, Dean is a nomad. He travels the thick woods along the Mississippi River, all of his possessions wrapped tightly in a single travel pack that he carries through his journey. Dean's cellphone serves as a lifeline to his past and through this device we get a glimpse into both the world he left behind, and the dangers that lie before him.

A concerned call from a friend warns Dean of criminal activity in his area; a call which serves little purpose, as Dean is already face-to-face with the threat. A narrow escape suffices for now, but it leaves us wondering: What else lies ahead for the lone man in the woods?
